| We are excited about the latest release of NetZoom, the latest and most comprehensive version of NetZoom ever available. NetZoom brings to you a new look and many new productivity features. To facilitate the best experience with NetZoom, we are offering a FREE online training session to all NetZoom subscribers. The NetZoom online training program is offered on each Thursday at 10:30am US Central Time. This training session will last for approximately 2 hours. Training is optional, and is not required to use NetZoom. To register for training, please click on the Register button below. | Subscribers can take advantage of more in-depth, classroom training for NetZoom, with a NetZoom Certified Trainer. Training can be held at either a specified client site or at Altima Technologies corporate headquarters. Classroom training lasts two days and includes lectures as well as labs. |

Classroom Training Pricing |
| |
Training is organized and charged for up to five attendees or in multiples of five. Additional attendees will be charged on a per person basis, or in multiples of five. Registration for Classroom Training |
| |
You must register for training with us at least two weeks in advance, and registration must be secured with a credit card. Cancellations must be made one week prior to the training date for a complete refund. |

Requirements for Classroom Training |
| |
Training requires you to bring your purchased subscription numbers along with your own machine, which must satisfy all the prerequisites of NetZoom, and must not have any firewall restrictions that may interfere with the application. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is highly recommended. If training is provided at the client site, you must also provide a high speed Internet Connection. |

Receivables for Classroom Training |
| |
Participants in classroom training will be provided a user's manual, a workbook and a flash drive with necessary files. A soft copy of the workbook and presentation will also be provided. Upon completion of the NetZoom training program, participants will receive NetZoom Certification. |
